Pokémon GO only shows Best Buddy on a Pokémon's page. To fill in the other levels, search your Pokémon for buddy3-5 (every Great, Ultra and Best Buddy, which is what Great Buddy showcases accept), screenshot the results (scroll and screenshot again if there are more), and add them here. Search buddy5 separately to mark Best Buddies, or buddy4 for Ultra.
Points = 800 × (height ÷ species average) ÷ max XXL ratio + 150 × (weight ÷ species average) ÷ (max XXL ratio + 0.5) + 50 × (IV total ÷ 45), plus 178 for an XXL Pokémon. This is the formula players worked out; the game doesn't publish it.
Pokémon GO rounds height and weight on screen, so the app shows the possible range. Type and Great Buddy showcases score each Pokémon against its own species, so the same number applies there. Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist are different: their size tag tells you the form (XS is Small, no tag is Average, XL is Large, XXL is Super), and only Super Size gets the XXL bonus.
Species sizes come from PokémonDB's Pokémon GO data, with newer species filled in from the game's data. IV bars are measured from the screenshot itself.
